All orders are made and carefully packed before shipping. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before dispatch.
During busy periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
UK Shipping
Orders within the United Kingdom are typically delivered within 2–7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
International Shipping
International delivery times vary by destination but usually arrive within 7–21 business days after dispatch.
Please note:
- Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country.
- Delivery delays caused by customs are outside our control.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided where available. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details if available.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us via email on svee@sveeart.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos if applicable.
